Why isn't Pennsylvania Dutch Cooking listed as a Cuisine?
Pennsylvania Dutch Cookery is one of the oldest and most distinctive of the many regional styles of cooking in the United States.

Hi Jann - Thanks for the suggestion. I think the reason that we haven't included this is just for simplicity. There are so many cuisines that the list could truly becoming daunting. For example, we don't have an Italian American cuisine separate from Italian cuisine, even though it has now diverged to the point where there are unique dishes.
If you feel it would be really helpful to have a Pennsylvania Dutch cuisine, and that it is very different from Dutch cuisine, I'd be willing to add it in an upcoming release.
