Was just wondering if anyone knows if the humidity in the air (humid climates) will somehow affect the crunchiness of the bread crust. I made bread with exactly the same ingredients in France and the bread turned out very different. The crust was very hard and crunchy. Here, it's hard and crunchy when it comes out from the oven, then it gets soft...
