Vegetable Beef Soup (Crockpot) Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. soup bones or possibly 1 pound beef shortribs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- Water to cover
Directions
- Simmer 4-6 hrs. Remove fat from surface. Remove meat from bones; chop and return to broth.
