Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • A bit of melted butter (oil or possibly butter)

Directions

  1. Blend all dry ingredients. Add in and blend lowfat sour cream. Add in the lowfat milk, stirring well to make a soft dough. Turn onto a lightly floured board and knead gently. Roll with a rolling pin or possibly pat to a 1/2 or possibly 3/4 inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place on a lightly greased or possibly oiled baking sheet. Bake in a 450 degree preheated oven for 10 min. Brush the tops with melted butter. Serve immediately.
