Sugar Cookies (For Cast Iron Cookie Mold) Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Butter, softened
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 c. Flour, all purpose
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in salt, Large eggs and vanilla, mix well. Add in flour and mix till well combined. Press dough into mold.
- Bake 15 - 18 min or possibly till golden at 350. Let cold for one minute.
- Place cooling rack over mold and invert carefully. Remove mold and allow the cookies to cold.
- Makes 2 pans of molded cookies.
