Strawberry Ring With Sour Cream Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pkt Strawberry gelatin
- 2 c. Water, boiling
- 20 ounce Strawberries, frzn, pkgd.
- 1 pkt Pecans, minced
- 1Â 1/2 c. Pineapple, crushed
- 2 lrg Bananas, ripe, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- Â Â Lowfat sour cream dressing
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream, dairy
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Ginger, grnd
- Â Â ds Salt
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin into boiling water. Add in berries, stirring occasionally till thawed. Stir in pineapple, pecans, banana and lemon juice. Pour into mold (6 1/2 c.). Refrigeratetill hard.
- Dressing: Combine all ingredients and refrigeratewell.
