  • 4 eggs
  • 600 ml to 1L cream
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • Punnet of strawberries.

Directions

  1. Beat egg whites adding half the sugar slowly till the whites are stiff.
  2. Beat egg yolks slowly adding remaining sugar till the yolks are pale.
  3. Beat the cream till thick but not butter.
  4. Chop the strawberries till desired texture.
  5. Gently fold all ingredients together and freeze, should be ready in 3-4 hrs.
