  •     Soy sauce

Directions

  1. 1. Prepare fish as in steps 1 and 2 of "Basic Braised Soy Fish".
  2. 2. Heat oil. Brown fish quickly on both sides over high heat.
  3. 3. Reduce heat to medium and fry fish till done (about 5 min on each side). Remove from pan. Sprinkle generously with soy sauce and serve.
