Ingredients

  • 1 x (2-lb) fish
  • 4 x -(up to)
  • 6 Tbsp. Oil
  •     Soy sauce

Directions

  1. Prepare fish as in steps 1 and 2 of "Basic Braised Soy Fish".
  2. Heat oil. Brown fish quickly on both sides over high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and fry fish till done (about 5 min on each side). Remove from pan. Sprinkle generously with soy sauce and serve.
