  • 6 ounce. caesar salad croutons
  • 1 pound can red salmon, flaked
  • 1/2 c. minced green pepper
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can mushroom soup
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk and soup. Stir in croutons, flaked salmon, green pepper and onion. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till set in center. Approximately 8 servings.
