Directions

  1. Set oven at 350 degrees. In a 9"x13" or possibly 9"x15" heavy baking dish; empty can of beans; stir in the brown sugar and yellow mustard. Cut onion in slices and scatter over top of the pork chops after you have placed pork chops on top of baked beans. Salt and pepper chops. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour 20 min. Remove foil and cook for another 10 min. Suggestion: Serve with baked potatoes and cinnamon applesauce.
