Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a large shallow pan. Add in chicken halves, turning to coat. Cover and marinate sevearl hrs or possibly overnite Remove chicken from marinade. Grill or possibly broil till browned on both sides. Baste frequently.
  2. Cook approx. 25 minutes. Cut chicken into pcs. Serve with beans and rice, corn or possibly flour tortillas and fresh salsa.
