Oreo Cheesecake Bars Recipe

Ingredients

• 160g Oreo cookies, remove the cream and crush it or grind coarsely
• 80g Melted butter or add a little more if needed
• Mix crushed Oreo cookies with butter and press them firmly on the base of the prepared pan and chill in the refrigerator for later use.
• Cream Cheese filling:
• 250g Cream cheese (room temperature)
• 70g Sugar
• 3 Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp Fresh milk
• 100ml Sour cream/natural yoghurt
• 3 tbsp Plain flour - sifted
