  • Ingredients*:
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese (softened/room temp)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 12-16 Oreos crushed
  • 12 Oreos (whole)

Directions

  1. Instructions:
  2. Preheat oven to 350° f
  3. Line Cupcake Pan with cupcake liners
  4. Place one Oreo in each liner.
  5. In a medium mixing bowl,
  6. Combine Cream cheese and eggs
  7. Add sugar whip until creamy.
  8. Add vanilla. Mix well.
  9. Fold in crushed Oreos
  10. (If you choose to mix them in with the mixer, instead of folding, you will have chocolate batter)
  11. Spoon 2-3 tbsp of batter over each oreo in the cupcake pan.
  12. Bake in 350° oven for 20-25 minutes. Do not over bake.
  13. Remove cheesecakes from oven and cool on a rack for 30 minutes.
  14. Refrigerate Cheesecakes until ready to serve.
  15. Yields 12
