Nell's Own Spicy White Bean Dip Recipe
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Fresh parsley leaves
- 1/3 c. Fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 c. Minced green onions
- 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Crushed coriander
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 x Cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Plain nonfat yogurt
- 15 ounce Cannellini beans or possibly other white beans, (1 can) liquid removed
Directions
- Place all ingredients in food processor, and process till smooth.
- Yield: 2cups (serving size: 1/4 c.).
- Serving Ideas : Serve with pretzels or possibly fat-free chips.
