Mustard Sauce For Meats Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 Tablespoons flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Coleman's Dry Mustard
- mix and add in 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 pint cream
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions
- Cook all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat. Don't boil.
- Serve with ham, sardines, and various kinds of meat sandwiches and salads.
