  • 10 pcs Saging na saba, peeled cut into bite size
  • 1 cup Water (adjust accordingly)
  • 1 cup Washed sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 pcs pandan leaves

Directions

  1. Arrange all the ingredients in a deep pot.
  2. Cover and bring into a boil over medium heat.
  3. Let it simmer for 30 minutes or until saba is tender.
  4. Once the syrup is thick, turn off heat.
