Mexican 7 Layer Salad Or Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
- 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 pound grnd beef, browned
- 3/4 c. black olives
- 3/4 c. green chilies
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 c. diced tomatoes
- 1/2 c. diced green onions
- Guacamole
Directions
- Mix.
- Layer and bake 20 min at 350 degrees.
- Serve with taco chips for dip or possibly serve on/in tortilla with lettuce.
