Lime Jello Saladunusual And Good Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 sm Packages lime jello
- 2 c. Boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. Grated cucumber
- 2 Tbsp. Grated carrots
- 2 Tbsp. Grated green pepper Onion juice , about 1/2 tsp
- 2 c. Cottage cheese, liquid removed well
- 1 c. Whipping cream, whipped
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise Salt to taste
Directions
- Dissolve jello in the 2 c. of boiling water. Let cold, then add in remaining ingredients. Put in refrigerator to set. Serve each serving with a dab of mayonnaise either on top or possibly off to the side.
