  • 9 ounce Pecan sandies cookies
  • 3 ounce Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 8 ounce Whipped topping
  • 1 can (6 ounce.) limeade, thawed
  • 1 can (14 ounce.) sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 x Lime, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Finely crush cookies in a food processor. Blend crushed cookies with melted margarine. Press into bottom of 13x9 inch pan. Mix whipped topping, limeade and condensed lowfat milk with wire whisk till smooth. Spread proportionately over crust.
  2. Chill or possibly freeze several hrs or possibly overnight.
  3. To serve, garnish each square with slice of lime.
