Jamaican Jerk Spice Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Cayenne pepper, (up to 3)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, grnd
- 1 tsp Nutmeg, grnd
- 1 tsp Allspice, grnd
- 2 tsp Chives, dry
- 2 tsp Thyme, dry
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Dry chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
Directions
- These are some pretty good recipes for chileheads. The original recipes were from Emeril, but I have kicked it UP! I have used Hbs dry and powdered for the Jerk Spice mix. If I had access to Datil Peppers I think which would be the best!
- Combine spices in a bowl by hand or possibly in food processor. Store in an airtight container.
