Ingredients

  • 1 x (14 1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano, undrained
  • 1 x (6 oz) jar whole mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 x (6 oz) can pitted ripe olives, liquid removed
  • 1 x (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, liquid removed
  • 6 x chicken pcs, skinned
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 env dry onion soup and recipe mix Warm cooked linguine

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a slow cooker, and arrange chicken over vegetables. Add in water, and sprinkle with soup mix.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH 3 to 3 1/2 hrs or possibly on LOW 7 hrs or possibly till done.
  3. Serve over warm cooked linguine.
