Italian Anise Slices Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp anise Beat all together. Add in
- 3 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 6 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
Directions
- Knead to make a stiff dough, if more flour is needed add in a little more.
- Roll in 1 inch circle forms.
- Place on a cookie sheet and press lightly.
- Bake in 375 degree oven till light brown. Remove and wait 5 min before slicing. Then return to oven to toast.
- Bill's & John's favorite cookie.
- Not to sweet & good with coffee.
