- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Whirl at high speed 1 minute. Bake on lightly greased griddle or possibly waffle iron. Serves 3 as a main dish.
