  • 1 c. cream style cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Whirl at high speed 1 minute. Bake on lightly greased griddle or possibly waffle iron. Serves 3 as a main dish.
