Hidden Valley Ranch Party Wheel Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch mix (lowfat milk recipe)
- 4 (12") flour tortilla
- 1/2 c. diced red pepper
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 c. black olives, liquid removed & sliced
- 2 green onions, finely minced
Directions
- Put together cream cheese, Ranch mix and onions; mix thoroughly. Spread on tortillas. Sprinkle remaining ingredients and roll tight. Wrap and refrigerate in saran wrap, 2 hrs. Cut in 1 inch slices. May be served with salsa sauce or possibly guacamole for dipping.
