Grape Nuts Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Grape Nuts
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Soak Grape Nuts in buttermilk in small bowl for 1 hour. Put together large eggs and sugar in large bowl; blend well. Add in buttermilk mix, mix well. Add in remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till bread tests done. Bake at 325 degrees if baked in glass pans.
