Fruit 'N' Nut Bar Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. unsifted flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 jar None Such Ready-to Use Mince Meat, (28 ounce.)
- 1 c. minced nuts Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, mix dry ingredients.
Directions
- Add in oil and lowfat milk, stirring till mix is well moistened and crumbly.
- Reserving 1 c. mix, press remainder into 13x9 inch baking dish; spread with mince meat.
- Sprinkle proportionately with remaining mix and nuts.
- Bake 30 min or possibly till golden.
- Cut into bars.
- Store, loosely covered, at room temperature.
- Makes 3 to 4 dozen
