Ingredients

  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 pkt cornbread mix (8.5 ounce. ea.)
  • 1 pkt yellow cake mix

Directions

  1. Mix together. Bake in muffin c.. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 min.
  2. Serve with honey butter or possibly maple butter.
