  • 1 x chicken, cut in serving pcs
  • 1/4 c. olive or possibly vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt or possibly to taste
  • 1/4 tsp grnd pepper
  • 1 sm clove garlic, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a shallow baking pan arrange chicken in a single layer, skin side up. Pour oil over chicken. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic. Bake, uncovered, for about 1 hour, or possibly till cooked through.
