Drop Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. pecans, minced
- 1 c. uncooked oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour, using 1/2 c. to flour dates
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 pound dates, cut up
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Drop on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees.
