  • 8 ounce. boiled ham, cut into cubes
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 4 hard cooked Large eggs, minced
  • 1 bunch radishes, sliced
  • 1 (9 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas, thawed & liquid removed
  • 1 (2.8 ounce.) can Durkee French fried onions

Directions

  1. In a 3-qt straight sided glass bowl, layer salad ingredients in order as listed. Serve with ranch-style or possibly your favorite salad dressing.
  2. Makes 4 to 6 servings. (If you wish you may add in 2 tomatoes, diced).
