Corn And Sausage Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Bulk sausage
  • 1 can Cream corn
  • 1 can Whole kernel corn
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Suguar
  • 3 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 x Butter, melted
  • 12 x Crackers, (ritz) crushed

Directions

  1. Well; beat Large eggs. Add in sausage, corn, sugar, flour, lowfat milk, and dash of pepper.
  2. Mix well; pour into casserole dish. Sprink crackers and butter on top and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 min.
