Chocolate Fudge Walnut Pie Chocolate Lovers Will Kill For Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
- 1/2 c. Unsalted butter
- 1/4 c. Sugar, (+ 2 Tbsp.)
- 1/4 c. Firmly packed light brown sugar, (+ 2 Tbsp.)
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 c. Plus 2 Tbsp. unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 6 ounce Bittersweet chocolate, melted
- 1 c. Minced walnuts or possibly pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 . Cream butter and sugars together till light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Sift flour, salt and baking soda; beat into creamed mix. Beat in chocolate. Stir in nuts. Pour into pie crust; bake for 40 to 45 min, till puffed and set on edges. Pie should be set but not hard in middle; it should feel like a quiche. Cold on wire rack before slicing.
