Ingredients

  • 10 1/2 ounce Can cream chicken soup
  • 10 1/2 ounce Water
  • 1 1/2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
  • 1 can Chicken broth
  • 10 piece chicken
  • 1 pkt Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 sm Onion, diced

Directions

  1. Place rice in large baking dish and cover with the soup and water mix.
  2. Arrange chicken over rice and soup mix in the baking dish. Sprinkle chicken with onion soup mix. Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake 325-350 deg F. for 2 hours.
