Directions

  1. Mix crumbs, sugar and butter; press into 9 x 13 inch pan; reserve 1/2 c. of mix for topping. Bake 10 min at 325 degrees.
  2. Combine lowfat milk and marshmallows in double boiler, stir and heat. Heat blueberries, sugar, tapioca and water to boiling. Stir till thickened and let cold. Whip cream or possibly Dream Whip and combine with cold marshmallow mix. Spread over cooled crumbs. Chill till chilled and set. Spoon the blueberries over the whipped cream and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill. Can also be made with cherries.
