Black Raspberry Glaze Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pt Frzn black raspberries, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier or possibly orange Juice
Directions
- Drain thawed berries and reserve juice. Measure juice, adding water if necessary, to yield c.. Thoroughly combine sugar and cornstarch with liqueur or possibly orange juice; blend in raspberry juice till smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; boil 2 min. Combine 1/2 c. warm glaze with liquid removed berries and spread over cheesecake; slowly pour remaining glaze back and forth over fruit, forming a shiny glaze.
- Yield:Sufficient to glaze 1 cheesecake (great on frzn commercial cheesecake).
