  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. oil

Directions

  1. If using self-rising flour, omit baking pwdr and salt.Heat oil 2 to 3 inches to 375 degrees. Beat ingredients for batter. Coat food with flour. Dip into batter and fry in hot oil till brown. Drain.
