Directions

  1. Place baked beans in a 9x13 inch baking dish. For each pork chop, dash with salt and pepper. Spread lightly with mustard; sprinkle with about 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar, spread with 1 1/2 Tbsp. catsup. Arrange chops over beans.
  2. With toothpicks, attach slice of onion and 1 slice lemon to each chop. Bake in 325 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till fork tender. May substitute back ribs, cut into serving size pcs.
