  • 2 x Ripe pears
  • 2 x Ripe granny smith apples
  • 8 x Ginger snap cookies
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter Cinnamon
  • 6 ounce Blue cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 8 Tbsp. Sweet wine

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Peel, halve & core pears & apples. Cut fruit into thick wedges. Cut out 4 large squares of parchment paper. On each piece of parchment pile some pear & apple wedges. Crumble over all the ginger snaps. Dot with butter & sprinkle with cinnamon. Crumble blue cheese over all.
  3. Drizzle honey & wine on top. Fold paper together & turn edges over to seal. Place on baking sheet. Bake 8 min in regular oven or possibly 3-4 min on high in microwave.
  4. Approximately 4-10 min.
