  • 4 Pork Chops (bone-in) Center Cut
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • a few dashes onion powder and garlic salt
  • 1 cup low sodium vegetable stock
  • 3 tablespoons Apricot Preserves
  • 2 tablespoons Pure Honey

Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven 375 F
  2. In a baking dish add vegetable stock and set aside
  3. In a mixing bowl add Apricot Preserves and Honey and stir well (yes, it'll be sticky) coat each Pork Chop (both sides) with the glaze, add seasonings and place in a single layer in the baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake 35 minutes undisturbed. Remove foil and continue baking 10 more minutes or until a lovely golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
