  • 4 - Center Cut Pork Chops-bone-in
  • Several dashes on each Chops -Worcestershire sauce, salt & black pepper to taste
  • Glaze:
  • 3 tablespoons Peach Preserves
  • one tablespoon Pure Honey
  • Salsa:
  • 1 cup diced Fresh Peaches
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1/4 red onion diced finely
  • fresh parsley chopped finely
  • one lime juice only
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar

Directions

  1. Set your Grill to medium high and coat chops with Worcestershire sauce and s & P, grill 8-9 minutes per side
  2. In a small ramekin add peach preserves and honey brush on the glaze while grilling
  3. To prepare Salsa: Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir well, refrigerate until ready to serve
  4. Plate chop add salsa on top and enjoy!
