Apple Oatmeal Raisin Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 apple, minced
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. quick-cooking oats
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Beat large eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing just to moisten. Pour into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 min or possibly till done.
