Apple Oatmeal Raisin Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Yeast
- 2 c. Bread flour
- 2 c. Oats
- 1/4 c. Oat bran
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 1/4 c. Apple juice
- 2/3 c. Raisins
- 2/3 c. Apples -- diced
- 1/2 c. Nuts -- minced
Directions
- Add in all ingredients but last 3 to bread machine and turn on. Add in raisins, apples and nuts at the beep.
