Anchylus' Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 med sweet potatoes
- 1 c. Carnation Lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp flour
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 x ready-made pie crust
Directions
- Boil the potatoes till done; place in a mixing bowl. Add in the other ingredients; blend well. Pour into the piecrust. Bake at 325 degrees till done.
