Directions

  1. Grind tomatoes and drain in colander. Grind cabbage, onions and peppers. Combine all ingredients and let stand overnight. Next day, pack in warm sterilized jars and seal at once.
  2. HINTS: This makes about 8 qts. Store as cold as possible, but does not need refrigeration. Grind with standard hand meat grinder. Excellent with warm dogs. Good with baked beans.
