Torta De Jojoto (Corn Cake) Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can sweet corn cream style
- 3 x Large eggs
- 4 ounce butter
- 1 ounce flour
- Â Â vanilla extract (to taste)
- 8 ounce sugar
- 4 ounce lowfat milk
- Â Â sugar (to sprinkle over the cake)
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Pour the mix in a cake pan and place it in the oven at 350 F for one hour. Sprinkle sugar over the cake. Serve it warm or possibly cool.
