Directions

  1. Clean squid by removing the clear membrane inside.
  2. Place squid in a small pot with the vinegar and water, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, saute onion and garlic. Add and the squid mixture.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes.
