Poor Man's Bean Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Cooked pintos with no, seasoning, mash
- 4 x Large eggs
- 3 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Coconut
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 lb Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Pecans, chop
- 3 x Unbaked pie crusts
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and put in pie crusts. Bake in preheated 300 for 45 to 60 min.
