Polvo Frito (Fried Octopus) Recipe

Directions
- Precook 1 kg of octopus, drain and cold. Cut it up into generous chunks. Beat 3 Large eggs, with a little lowfat milk salt and pepper to taste, and half a bunch of very finely minced parsley. Coat the octopus pcs in the egg mix and shallow fry in a little extra virgin olive oil, turning them till are golden brown. Serve.
